We aim to deliver your UK order within 1-2 weeks after cleared payment is received.

International Orders
For international orders we recommend to contact us for a shipping quote first, stating the delivery address and the items you wish to order. Overseas orders may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are to be paid by the purchaser.
Order Tracking
If a tracking number is provided by shipping carrier, we will update your order with tracking information.
Shipping Rates
The shipping cost of your order is based on the rate provided by shipping carrier and depends on the weight and size of your items, and your location. Before the final checkout page you will be shown the cost of shipping and will have an option of not placing your order if you decide not to. We always recommend our customers to enquire about shipping cost prior to placing an order, as we often can arrange shipping at a lower rate.
Returns and Refunds
Returns are accepted within 14 days after you receive your purchase. The returned item must be in its original condition. Please email to support@nexusnord.com and we will provide you with further instructions.
We do not refund shipping and delivery costs that you paid on the order.
